Continuing our analysis of the Gold Coast DC, we can use this tab to analyze our cost drivers. By clicking around, we can quickly see that units per hour are trending down in 2005, which is disturbing given that we have already determined that orders are trending up. We can also see that staff costs are well over budget, largely driven by excessive overtime costs.
