By doing some further analysis on Gold Coast's 2005 performance, in a few clicks we can see that orders are trending up in the second half of '05 in Queensland and Australia, as well as overall in the Retail market. We can also see that our biggest performance problems are concentrated within the Retail and Franchise markets.
